My name is Annie Kleinschmidt
I have been in the field of Real Estate for the past 25 years, as a buyer,
seller and broker.
I was involved in several conversions in the 80's from rental to coop

Cafe, l'Accroche Coeur, a French Cafe/galerie d'art...
I have a French education (La Sorbonne in Paris) and a Real Estate license
from NYU.
