My name is Annie Kleinschmidt. My firm acts as a
broker for buyers and sellers on high end sales and rentals of
apartments and lofts on the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side, Downtown
and Midtown.
I am a member of the Real Estate Board of New
York, I belong to the West Side Committee and I hold a Real Estate Broker's license from New York University. In
addition to my brokerage activities, I have been involved in the conversion
of two buildings - 166 E 96 Street and 302 W 86 Street – from rental to
cooperatives. The East Side property involved 30 very attractive art deco
apartments on what was then a fringe neighborhood. On the West Side, there
were 36 glorious pre-war apartments located between West End Avenue and
Riverside Drive and the great challenge was to prevent the City from turning
the hotel
across the street into a homeless shelter.
I have lived with my family in both buildings. I speak French and English fluently and was educated at the l'Universite de La Sorbonne in Paris with a degree in general law and raised
on the French Riviera in Antibes.

qualification:

search with our firm. We need the prequalification letter in order to start
the work.....
3. If our customers buy a Co-op, they will need board approval in order to
be accepted by the building they wish to live in, and if they want a
Condominium, which is real property, then the requirements are more flexible
and go according to the rule of first refusal by the Condominium board.
